Low GL diet

Many of us have found that food plays a large part in our physical and mental health. Some of us struggle with our relationship with food. What are you eating (or not eating) these days?

Has anyone heard of this? I picked up a book in the library today about the Low GL diet. I thought it was low GI but no its an ell (L).

Low GL stands for low glycaemic load. Its like a more radical form of low GI. I lost half a stone on low GI so maybe I can lose more on Low GL.

One of the things it says is avoid stimulants like caffeine and sugar. It also advises do some exercise.

It also says take vitamin supplements but I am not sure about that - need to do some more research.
