Many of us have found that food plays a large part in our physical and mental health. Some of us struggle with our relationship with food. What are you eating (or not eating) these days?

Hi Equidancers. Why don't you try something ready prepared that is really delicious. Go to a nice restaurant you have never been to before and order some food to take away.

If I was feeling like you I would go get a carry-out of vegetarian sushi or something.

Or maybe drinking a delicious smoothy

or even just half a candy bar?

I go through this a lot. Actually seeing and smelling cooked food helps. Some kind of marketplace where there are lots of different options is good, especially when they hand out samples. Sushi usually works, and miso soup. I find that it happens most when I let myself go too long without eating. If I snack a little all day long I can usually avoid it. Good luck.

To be honest as I am 18 and a half stone I wish I had this problem. I love my food!
