Caffeine and dehydration.

Many of us have found that food plays a large part in our physical and mental health. Some of us struggle with our relationship with food. What are you eating (or not eating) these days?

Caffeine and dehydration.

Does drinking caffeine dehydrate your body? I have read and spoken to some doctors who says yes it is a diuretic and dehydrates you others says no, it contains water and thus even though the caffeine dehydrates you the water replaces the fluid.
The Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao.

Either way it's not good for people with illnesses...when I stopped drinking caffeine I stopped getting panic attacks all the time.
